Ivan Leong is an experienced junior Counsel. He practices in a broad range of commercial and equity matters and has acted for a broad range of clients.
Ivan has appeared unled in the Supreme Court, District Court, Local Court, and NCAT, and led in the NSW Court of Appeal.
Ivan is known for being efficient and commercially focused. He is also a careful strategic thinker and an adept and flexible tactician.
Before coming to the Bar in 2010, Ivan worked as a litigation solicitor in boutique and mid-tier CBD law firms for three and a half years.
Ivan regularly gives CPD presentations in his areas of practice.

Brian Ralston was admitted to the Bar in May, 1982 having practised as a litigation solicitor in a suburban practice for 5 years. Coming from a general litigation practice Brian has since his admission to the Bar practiced in a wide range of areas. He has conducted numerous criminal trials, has acted on behalf of Plaintiffs and insurers in personal injuries litigation, in addition to acting in matters involving contracts, equity, probate, the Property Relationship Act, the Family Provision Act, family law, building law and appellate work. Brian continues to practice in a wide range of jurisdictions with particular emphasis on commercial and equity matters, the Family Provision Act, the Property Relationship Act and general commercial litigation.
